Changed up a bit now as they have the ordering screens. Kids are nice who work there, kind to my son... been to much worse.

This is the best KFC in Birmingham. Great service. Short waiting time for food. Delicious and hot food. I recommend.

Only 4 star for atmosphere because I made the mistake of visiting during the school holidays and there was a bunch of little kids running round shouting. Great, attentive service from Ahad who was covering the restaurant floor and ensuring the patrons had everything the needed.

I had a great experience at this store. The drive thru service was quick and efficient, and the employee Hassan was outstanding. He was incredibly respectful, friendly, and ensured my order was accurate and delivered with speed. It’s always great to see staff who take pride in their work and provide excellent customer service. Definitely one of the best KFC experiences I’ve had and I will be returning soon

Today I was a KFC Yew Tree for a meal and the service was wonderful and fantastic. The food was amazing and really enjoyed it. We were served by AHAD.

Don’t rate the quality of the chicken but the staff was friendly and especially the guy who spoke to us and cleaned the table named AHAD. Thank you for taking the time to speak to us all.
